I had a great time doing an engagement shoot for Morgan and Ryan. They’re a lovely couple. Morgan is very kind and easy to talk to. I’m sure she’s someone’s favorite teacher. Their story of how they met is adorable. Who knew your soulmate could be the one waiting your table? But when you know, you just know. We chose the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens for their session and it was so much more special since they have had many dates there in their relationship. It’s their favorite place, and they will make a lot more memories there.
The weather was beautiful, the mood was perfect, and these two were very fun to work with. The pictures came out fantastic and I’m glad the couple really enjoyed them. As we took some photos and talked throughout the day, it was clear these two truly belonged together. They have a lot in common, from enjoying shopping sprees to spending as much time together as possible. It’s nice meeting such sweet couples and getting to share in the making of these memories.
I think one of the hardest things when planning a wedding lately can be the safety guidelines in place due to the pandemic and finding the right location, but Morgan said they had no issues and all of the quarantining gave them plenty of time to plan every detail. They both have worked hard on their special day, and I know it’s going to be perfect. Can’t wait for their wedding at The Refinery in Culpeper, Virginia. It’s going to be a day full of love, fun, and smiles when these two get to say “I do,” and I’m honored to be able to capture these moments in time for them.
